Refund Policy

Free Trial Period

TheInnSight.AI offers a 14-day free trial so you can fully test and evaluate our AI-powered hotel management features, understand pricing, complete setup, and test integrations before committing to a paid subscription.

Non-Refundable Policy

Because of our comprehensive free trial period, all payments for our paid plans are strictly non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances once you upgrade to a paid subscription.

48-Hour Grace Period

At our sole discretion, we may offer a refund if you contact us with a request within 48 hours of your payment or renewal, typically for:

  • Accidental payments
  • Forgotten renewals
  • Technical errors during payment processing

Requests made after this 48-hour window will not be considered for refunds.

Service Violations

Additionally, if your account gets suspended or terminated due to violations of our terms of service, data misuse policies, or any actions that violate applicable laws and regulations, no refunds will be provided in any case.

Third-Party Integration Issues

Using TheInnSight.AI with third-party services, APIs, or integrations that may result in:

  • Account restrictions or bans from external platforms
  • Data synchronization issues
  • Service interruptions due to third-party policy changes

These situations are entirely at your own risk, and we take no responsibility and do not offer refunds for such circumstances.

Data Security and Compliance

If you use invalid business documents, non-compliant data handling practices, or any actions that violate data protection regulations while using our AI analytics features, this is entirely at your own risk and can result in account restrictions, for which we take no responsibility and do not offer refunds.

Subscription Management

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to all features until that time. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription period.

Billing Disputes

If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate all legitimate billing disputes and work to resolve them promptly. However, this does not guarantee a refund will be issued.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service outages. No refunds will be provided for service interruptions due to such circumstances.
